HELLO! I'm back from camp.
the camp like seriously "fire my ass off". ohwell, some inside joke. i meant "rock my ass off".
anyways i met some really nice people in my group, sixteen sixtys! woohoo. our group like basically has only 2 high "I" people out of 10, so we're the low profile group.
Just to let you know about the DiSC profile test thing, these are what each stands for:

Dominance -demanding, forceful, egocentric, strong willed, driving, determined, ambitious, aggressive, and pioneering.
Influence - convincing, magnetic, political, enthusiastic, persuasive, warm, demonstrative, trusting, and optimistic & emotional
Steadiness - calm, relaxed, patient, possessive, predictable, deliberate, stable, consistent, and tend to be unemotional and poker faced
Conscientiousness -careful, cautious, exacting, neat, systematic, diplomatic, accurate, tactful

I'm a high "S" "C" by the way. hehe.

3 key things I learnt in the camp:
1) Do not do things that you'll regret. & its always not too late to turn back. Everyday is a new beginning.
2) Exude confidence
3) Do what you love, & not learn to love what you do.
